Money-Back Guarantee

WeSpeak offers the Subscriber a Money-Back Guarantee for a period of thirty (30) days. This guarantee does not constitute a strict or punitive condition, but rather a minimum and reasonable requirement intended to ensure that the Subscriber actually tests the solution in a real environment. WeSpeak has full confidence in the quality and performance of its technology, and therefore is willing to refund the amounts paid, provided that the Subscriber has made proper use of the system during the guarantee period.

 

The refund will only be granted if the Subscriber proves that they have complied with the following minimum checklist, which is necessary to consider that the solution was effectively tested:

1. Attendance at Implementation Sessions

The Subscriber, or the designated person, must attend:

  • a kickoff meeting; and

  • a general training session.

 

These instances constitute the basic steps for the system to function correctly.

 


2. Complete Delivery of Information

The Subscriber must:

  • complete the required initial information;

  • provide the additional information requested;

  • validate at least ninety-five percent (95%) of the chatbot’s response database.

This ensures that the assistant converses using accurate information about the establishment.

 

 

3. Functional Tests

 

The Subscriber must carry out at least twenty (20) real tests using the predefined questions provided by WeSpeak.

 

 

4. Channel Connection

 

The Subscriber must have at least two (2) channels connected, with the use of WhatsApp being mandatory.

 

5. Activation of Inbound Channels to WhatsApp

It is required to enable:

  • a visible icon on the website;

  • a link in Google Business;

  • a CTA or direct link on Instagram and/or Facebook.

 


6. Assistant Connected 24/7

The chatbot must remain operational and accessible at all times.

 

 

7. Minimum Volume of Conversations

The chatbot must have handled at least one hundred and fifty (150) real conversations with users (internal tests are not considered). This makes it possible to validate the practical experience with the tool.

Exclusions

The guarantee will not apply in the following cases:

  • Reservation centers or hotel groups that operate a single number for several establishments.

  • Services or costs belonging to third parties unrelated to WeSpeak (including WhatsApp API or other external providers).

Procedure

  1. The Subscriber must request the refund by emailing soporte@wespeak.pro within thirty (30) days from the activation of the service.

  2. WeSpeak will verify compliance with the checklist within a maximum period of seven (7) business days.

  3. If the Subscriber has complied with the minimum requirements, WeSpeak will process the refund within the following seven (7) business days.
