One of the most common blockers I hear from hoteliers is this:
«We want to run more direct campaigns, but we don't have the time or the team to do it right.»
Recent industry data shows something that changes that equation: AI tools already let you launch personalized campaigns in seconds, not days.
And timing matters. RevPAR in the U.S. went up 8.3% this week. The hotels that were ready to capture that demand with active campaigns took advantage of it. The ones that weren't handed the field over to the OTAs.
That's the «execution gap»: the distance between knowing you should act and actually being able to do it fast.
