We use the same formula and official rates as the calculator: only the messages the hotel sends are billed, by the guest's country. 40% of conversations arrive from Meta campaigns and are free for 72 h; the first 1,000 messages of each month are not charged either. WeSpeak adds nothing on top of that rate.
