WeSpeak Tracker

Know which campaign
brings you bookings

Tracker joins the two ends you look at separately today: what you spend on Meta and what actually comes in through WhatsApp. For every ad, post or QR: how many conversations it opened, how many ended in a booking, and how much they billed.

What it is

The usual question: did this campaign work?

WeSpeak Tracker is your account's attribution panel: it classifies every conversation by where it came from — Meta paid ads, an owned channel with a trackable link, or direct — and follows that conversation through to the booking and the revenue.

How it works

From click to booking, by name.

Every lead arrives with its source

If it came from a Meta ad, Meta tells us; if from your own link, the link identifies it; if it arrived on its own, it's direct. Every conversation belongs to exactly one source.

We follow it through the funnel

The conversation moves through your CRM stages — interested, quoted, intent, booked — and Tracker records it.

We cross it with what you spent

For Meta Ads we pull spend, impressions and clicks and cross them with WeSpeak bookings: ROAS and cost per conversation per campaign.

We send the data back to Meta

With Conversions API, WeSpeak tells Meta which conversations ended in a booking — so Meta optimises your ads for real bookings, not clicks.

What's included

Everything a marketing lead wants on one screen.

Four conversion KPIs

Users captured, bookings, revenue and conversion % — for the period and source you choose.

Meta paid ads

Impressions, clicks, CTR, spend and Meta conversions alongside WeSpeak leads and bookings. Filter by campaign, ad set or ad.

Owned channels with unique links

One wespk.co link per piece — story, bio, printed QR, newsletter, blog — to know which post brought conversations and revenue.

Conversion funnel

Which stage each lead from the period is in today, how many ended won or lost, and the loss reasons detected in the conversations.

Geographic and channel origin

Which countries your leads come from and how much each channel weighs: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook.

Shareable views

The filter lives in the URL: you hand someone exactly the view you're looking at.

Benefits

What changes when you stop guessing.

You invest where it converts

Repeat the campaign that brought bookings and cut the one that only brought clicks — with the number in front of you.

Meta learns from your bookings

With Conversions API, the algorithm optimises towards people who actually book, not just people who message.

One single screen

No more crossing Ads Manager with the bookings spreadsheet: spend and revenue together.

Organic marketing, measured

A QR in the lobby or a story is no longer "let's see": it has clicks, conversations and bookings.

Meta vs. WeSpeak

The difference between clicks and customers.

Meta counts clicks and estimates. WeSpeak counts only the people who actually messaged you — and then the ones who booked.

Attribution

One source per lead

Paid ads, owned channel or direct: each conversation is assigned to a single source. No double counting, no inflated numbers.

ROAS

Return per campaign

Revenue divided by spend, campaign by campaign. Example: you spent USD 1,000 and billed USD 5,000 → ROAS 5x.

Conversions API

Meta optimises for bookings

WeSpeak sends confirmed bookings to Meta as a conversion event. Meta stops chasing cheap clicks and looks for people who book.

The bookings and revenue in the panel —and the ROAS built on them— come from charges confirmed with WeSpeak Payments: Tracker only shows what it can verify. What you close by phone, at the front desk or on your booking engine is recorded in the funnel.

Who it's for

For whoever puts money into marketing and wants to see the return.

Owners and GMs

The full picture of the period: how much came in, from where, and which campaign justified it.

Marketing leads

ROAS per Meta campaign, performance per post on your owned channels and the funnel to see where people drop off.

Agencies running the ads

One panel to show the hotel results in bookings, not impressions. Shareable by link.

Frequently asked questions

What we usually get asked about Tracker.

Meta counts clicks and several similar events per conversation (started, first message, first reply); WeSpeak counts real conversations that reached your WhatsApp. Also, Meta attributes a conversation to an ad within a limited window (7 days from click). WeSpeak's number is the one that turns into bookings.

It's how WeSpeak tells Meta which conversations ended in a booking. Without it, Meta only knows who clicked; with it, Meta knows who booked — and optimises your ads towards that profile. It usually means a lower cost per booking for the same spend.

Only for the Paid Ads view. You connect it from the panel with Connect with Meta: sign in with the account that manages your ads and authorize read-only access — no tokens to generate, and WeSpeak can't modify campaigns or spend your budget. It requires the official WhatsApp API, and the initial sync takes 5 to 30 minutes. Owned channels and direct traffic work without connecting anything.

You create a campaign under Owned Channels and the panel gives you a unique link per piece (like wespk.co/a/summer-story14). Paste it in the story, the QR or the email; everyone who comes in through it is attributed to that piece — with clicks and conversations and, if you charge with WeSpeak Payments, revenue.

Some do. The source of each conversation (Meta paid ads, owned channel or direct), captured users and the funnel are always shown; with Meta connected, spend and clicks too. The bookings and revenue cards only show what can be verified: charges made with WeSpeak Payments. Without Payments those cards don't appear, and bookings you close another way are recorded in the funnel — by hand, or automatically with the conversion Pixel if they're completed on your booking engine. Your advisor tells you what fits your case.

The currency of your charges. If you charge in more than one currency, the panel shows Multiple currencies with the breakdown for each.

Ad and own-link attribution is done via identifiers in the conversation, not cookies. If you also enable tracking on your booking engine, WeSpeak installs tracking pixels there; in that case it's the hotel's responsibility to have the cookie notice and consent its jurisdiction requires, and measurement depends on the guest accepting them.

Not yet. Sources are Meta paid ads, your owned channels with a link, and direct traffic.

It activates from Extras inside the panel, with no plan change. Your advisor helps you with the Meta connection and the Conversions API setup. Prices are in the Extras section of the platform: app.wespeak.pro/extras.
