Introducing WeSpeak Tracker

Where your customers come from and which ones end up booking: every conversation attributed to its source (Meta ads, your owned channels, or direct traffic), with the bookings and revenue it generated.

Selling more doesn't always mean knowing why. Did the Meta campaign you paid for bring in bookings, or just clicks? Did that Instagram story generate inquiries, or just reach? Without that traceability, your marketing budget ends up being spread blindly.

WeSpeak Tracker solves that: it shows you where your customers come from, how many end up booking, and how much revenue each source brought in, all in a single panel.

Three sources, kept separate

  • Paid Ads: paid Meta advertising (Facebook and Instagram) that opens a chat.
  • Owned Channels: your team's free posts and links (a story, your bio link, a QR code in the lobby, the newsletter), measured with a WeSpeak link.
  • Direct: people who arrive on their own, without an attributable ad or link.

Each customer who writes to you is assigned to a single source, so the numbers for each one never overlap.

What you see at a glance

  • Captured users, closed reservations, revenue earned, and conversion to reservation for the period, with a side-by-side comparison of the three sources.
  • A conversion funnel that shows which stage each captured customer is in today and how it ended: won, lost (with its reason), or still open.
  • Daily trend, geographic origin, and origin by channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook).

Bookings and revenue come from what WeSpeak can verify: WeSpeak Payments charges, the bookings the Conversion Pixel detects in your booking engine and, if you have Payments, the sales your team marks as won with their amount.

Meta Ads, connected end to end

You connect your Meta Ads account by signing in with your Meta account — no tokens, no technical setup. From then on, every person who taps an ad and writes to you is automatically linked to that campaign: ad spend, captured users, bookings, ROAS, and ROI, campaign by campaign and ad by ad. The connection is read-only: WeSpeak can't modify your campaigns or spend your budget.

A detail designed so you can trust the numbers: you'll see "Meta reports X · WeSpeak confirmed Y". Meta counts clicks and estimates, even people who opened the chat and never wrote; WeSpeak counts only those who actually wrote to you, and the return is always calculated with those people.

WeSpeak also helps optimize your ads

With the Meta Conversions API, WeSpeak reports to Meta the real outcomes of the people who came through your ads: every new inquiry and every confirmed booking, with its value. With those signals, Meta learns which kind of contact ends up booking and adjusts who it shows your ads to. Only outcomes are shared — never the content of your chats.

💡 To put those signals to use, Meta needs volume: around 50 inquiries a week. WeSpeak sends them from day one, so they keep building up in your favor.

Who benefits most

  • Hotels that invest in Meta Ads and want to know which campaign actually converts, not just which one gets the most clicks.
  • Teams that publish free content (social media, a newsletter, a QR code in the lobby) and want to measure its real impact on bookings, not just on reach.
  • Anyone who currently splits their marketing budget without being able to compare the real return of each channel.

ℹ️ WeSpeak Tracker measures Meta traffic (WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook) and your own WeSpeak links. To measure paid ads, you need WhatsApp connected through the official API.
