We were at MeetUp Argentina 2025 and it was one of those moments where you realize just how much things have changed since the beginning.

Seeing the team together, representing WeSpeak, in front of hoteliers who know the brand, who have already worked with us, or who want to, is one of those experiences you can't plan. You can only build it, with time and work.

Thank you to everyone who came by. The conversations we had there will turn into concrete projects in the coming weeks.

Tours and activities trends 2025

A recent report on the tours and activities segment reveals important patterns:

  • Young travelers want immediacy: they don't want to plan weeks in advance. They want to know what they can do today or tomorrow.
  • Last-minute bookings on the rise: more than 40% of activity bookings are made within the 48 hours before.
  • AI for personalized recommendations: travelers expect the hotel to suggest relevant activities based on their profile. "What can I do in the city this afternoon?" is already a question for the virtual assistant.

For hotels, this is an opportunity: to add value and generate additional revenue by being the trusted source for local recommendations, not just a place to sleep.
