Artificial intelligence statistics

The Dashboard's main view: how much the assistant works, how much it resolves on its own, how many quotes it generates, and how much time it saves you.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This is the Dashboard's main view: it measures the assistant's performance. As in all the statistics sections, at the top right you choose the period — Today, Week, Month, Year, or a custom range.

The cards

CardWhat it measures
Conversations handledHow many conversations were managed in the period.
QuotesThe percentage of quotes generated out of the conversations handled. E.g.: 100 conversations and 40 quotes = 40%.
Clicks on the booking linkThe percentage of clicks on the booking link, corresponding to the quotes made (not to the total conversations).
Confirmed Bookings, Payment links sent, and Close RateBookings completed, payment links sent to potential guests, and the percentage of those links that ended in a confirmed booking — they require WeSpeak Payments (without it, the cards appear locked with the label "Requires WeSpeak Payments").
Automated work timeMessages answered × 1 minute per message. E.g.: 60 messages answered = 1 hour saved. It's shown in days (d), hours (h), and minutes (m).
Assistant autonomyHow much it resolved on its own (Autonomous) and how much it answered when your team also stepped in (Assisted) — the detail is further down.
Follow-ups sent and Recovery through follow-upsHow many follow-ups went out and the percentage of conversations where the customer replied after receiving a follow-up message.

Assistant autonomy: the two numbers

The autonomy card shows two indicators calculated over different groups of conversations:

IndicatorExact definition
AutonomousOf the conversations the assistant participated in, the percentage resolved with no recorded human intervention.
AssistedIn conversations where the assistant and a person from your team participated, the average percentage of messages the assistant answered.

ℹ️ If the assistant didn't participate in any conversation in the period, the card indicates it with the message "The assistant didn't participate in conversations during this period".

Below, the "Messages answered" chart shows the evolution of the volume over time, with the period total below the title.

💡 How to read it: if autonomy is high and recovery through follow-ups is too, the assistant is sustaining the operation on its own; if quotes are high but clicks on the link drop, the bottleneck is in the step to booking.

Frequently asked questions

Quotes are high but Clicks on the link seem low, am I reading it wrong?
Remember that each percentage is calculated over the previous step: Quotes over conversations handled, and Clicks over quotes. 50% quotes and 30% clicks means that out of 100 conversations, 50 received a price and 15 clicked the link.

Is "Automated work time" a real measurement?
It's a standardized estimate: each message answered by the assistant counts as 1 minute of human work avoided. It's useful for comparing periods with each other, not as an exact stopwatch.

How many bookings did the assistant close?
If you have WeSpeak Payments, you see it directly in Confirmed Bookings and Close Rate. Without Payments, the booking happens outside WeSpeak (in your engine), so the platform can only measure up to the clicks on the booking link — not the actual bookings.

What counts as "recovery through follow-ups"?
A guest who replied again after receiving an automatic follow-up from the assistant. Manual reactivations by your team (for example, with a template) don't count in this metric.

Can I export or download the Dashboard data?
Not for now — it's on the roadmap. What you can export to Excel today: your Contacts (Download button, respecting filters) and the Funnel (one sheet per stage).
